Innovative Wheelchair Bus Flooring System Solutions

At AM-X, we’re proud to introduce a new product offering – an innovative floor system for wheelchair buses, from INNOTRANS. This unique system is completely brand-independent and patented worldwide, offering a versatile solution for all brands of vehicles.

Unique Floor System

Our floor system is unique and patented worldwide. It’s brand-independent, meaning it can be fitted into any vehicle, regardless of the brand. This system is designed with up to 4 wheelchair spaces, making it an ideal solution for vehicles with licence plates up to 3500 kg.

Easy Control Panel

The control panel of our floor system is designed for ease of use. The hooks can be removed directly without unlocking, and they can be fitted in any order. Once the hooks are fitted, the system is immediately locked by pressing the foot pedal. This allows for speedy removal of the hood and easy maintenance of the retractors.

Retractor Lock

Our innovative securing system is characterized by a foot-operated retractor unlocking. This design makes it possible to easily unlock the system with the force of the body.

Long Belt Ties and Safety Belt

The long front lashing straps make it easier to position several wheelchairs next to and behind each other. We also offer an ingenious three-point safety belt that is easy to fit even on the most complex wheelchairs without attachments. This guarantees optimum wearing comfort for passengers. With a three-point safety belt waiver, a two-point safety belt can easily be created with the same belt.

Flat Wheelchair Access

Our floor system ensures barrier-free entry and exit for wheelchair passengers. This unique functionality provides additional safety and comfort for the wheelchair passenger.

Folding Chairs

The folding chairs with adjustable backrest are easy to swivel against the wall, making space for placing/fixing wheelchairs with one simple movement.

Floor Lighting

Our floor system features switchable indirect floor lighting (LED) placed in the raised edge of the rail system. This adds an extra layer of safety and aesthetics to the vehicle.
